Role summary:

The Master Scheduler is responsible for a consistent and aligned planning and scheduling tool in the ERP system to ensure proper planning of all sales orders of the Pump QRC, also in combination with production orders at the other BU’s at the Etten-Leur Campus. In this role the applicant will be responsible for the availability of data and reports and will support the different departments within the Pump QRC with required data analytics. Data must be consistent, checked and feasible to ensure accurate forecasting and on time delivery of shipments of all sales orders. Goal is to standardize and improve our data availability and reporting and use this data and reports to guide our decision making. As key-user for the ERP system the Master Scheduler is the contact person for ERP related topics. It is a key position between the Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain departments and in this role a high sense of innovation and problem solving is needed and the applicant will be a team member in various continuous improvement plans.

You will be involved in the following tasks: Responsible and accountable for a consistent and aligned planning of all activities under the scope of the sales orders over all departments (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain) including capacity planning to secure on time delivery

Single point of contact for all planning related topics

Responsible and accountable for a consistent scheduling tool in the ERP system

Responsible and accountable for availability of data and reports and support with required data analytics

Responsible and accountable for weekly forecast and planning meetings

Responsible and accountable for improvement of data availability, reporting and planning processes

Key-user for the ERP system

You are the ideal colleague if you have: Bachelor degree in Logistics/Data Analytics/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering & Management or similar

Relevant experience as a Scheduler/Production planner in manufacturing environment

Fluently in the Dutch and English languages

Good oral and written communication skills

Extended knowledge of Microsoft office programs and ERP systems, preferably SAP

Preferred skills/experience: Affinity with rotating equipment

SAP knowledge is plus
